Shipping Policy
We endeavour to get your order to you as fast as possible. The majority of orders are sent within 24 hours from payment and normally arrive within 5 working days. (Allow longer for regional and remote areas.) - for paint orders. Custom sewing orders please allow up to 2 weeks as these are made for you to order, if you have a short timeline please let us know and we will do our best to get it made sooner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number from Australia Post once your order leaves our warehouse.
Capriole Shabby Chic is not responsible for any order sent to an incorrect address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct prior to confirming purchase at checkout.
Our delivery locations include Australia and most countries outside of Australia.
Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned, Products that are a change of mind are not. The return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, if the product is faulty and we agree that they were faulty when dispatched then a full refund of the item purchase price and shipping will apply.
Custom sewing products ie, horse rugs, saddlecloths etc are not returnable. These are all made for you to order as a custom product and therefore are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing/sewing fault then they can be returned to be able to be made good again.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Contact must be made within 2 days of item being received and the tracking stating that the item has been received. Photos must be submitted showing the fault of the product within that time frame.

HOW do customers return items?
Please return to 1 Ewart Street, Tungamah, VIC 3728 Australia by Australia Post with tracking. We will not accept returns without tracking - this protects both the buyer and the seller.
SHIPPING for returns?
The return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, if the product is faulty and we agree that they were faulty when dispatched then a full refund of the item purchase price and shipping will apply.
CREDIT for returns?
When the return is accepted the refund will be returned to the payment method. The shipping return cost will only be refunded if the goods are faulty and we accept that the fault is on our behalf. Shipping cost will not be returned for a simple change of mind.

Packing materials?
All items need to be in original packaging and undamaged for returns.
International Shipping?
International Standard Shipping with an estimated arrival time to you of 15 to 30 business days. We cannot account for the time required for your countries customs clearance. Price does not include customs duties & taxes that may be payable to your government customs department. Please confirm with your countries postal service before completing your order. NOTE: Any orders that are not accepted because of duties and taxes will NOT be refunded on return. Pricing will show in AUD unless changed on the currency converter at the top of the page, price charged and processed will be in your currency.
